Plants:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for plants. The stress of transit can adversely affect the condition of plants, and they may not survive a return journey.

We guarantee that each plant will arrive in good condition. However, plants may appear slightly dull due to transit stress. Rest assured, with proper sunlight and watering, the plant will recover and thrive.

Non-Plant Products:

We accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened non-plant products within 3 days of product delivery if the product is received in a damaged state.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with relevant details, including an image or video of the damaged item.

Self-Return Process for Non-Plant Products:

If you are not satisfied with a non-plant product, you may return it to us within 3 days from the delivery date.

after verify your refund request if its meet our policies we will process your refund with in 3 no of days to your account
You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either send a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method.
